Returns Policy

Anna Chandler Design Returns Policy

This policy applies to all purchases made from Anna Chandler Design, in store or online

Proof of purchase

Please note that all returns, refunds, exchanges or repair requests must be accompanied by any of the following Proof of Purchase documents:

  • Original register receipt (no photocopies accepted)
  • Original tax invoice (included with your delivery for items purchased online)
  • Original tax invoice (emailed to you when you purchased your product online)
  • Original return/exchange receipt
  • Anna Chandler Design Credit Card statement

Faulty/misadvertised product returns

At Anna Chandler Design we do our best to make sure that the product you receive is of the highest quality and matches your order exactly however we will accept product returns and provide you with an exchange voucher, refund or repair where:

  • The product is faulty or is not of acceptable quality, or
  • The product does not match the sample or our description; or
  • The product you received was damaged during delivery; or
  • The product you received did not match what you ordered; and
  • It has been no longer than 14 days since you purchased your product; and
  • You can provide adequate proof of purchase (see above).

If you cannot present acceptable proof of purchase Anna Chandler Design reserves the right not to offer a refund or exchange.

If you believe you are eligible for a faulty/misadvertised product return, we will do our best to process your return as soon as possible.

The quickest and easiest way to return a product is to return it to the store that it was originally purchased from. If you purchased the product online, you can request for a product to be returned by contacting our head office in Osborne Park either by phone (08 9242 8031) or by email (mailto:info@annachandler.com). Please see /contact info/ for the easiest way to contact us.

In the case of a product that has been damaged during delivery or a product that was faulty, we may we may require photographic evidence of the damage/fault in order to establish your eligibility to return that product.

Once we have verified your return eligibility, we will pay for your product to be shipped to us and we will send you a replacement product free of charge.

Change of mind returns

Change of mind returns are not offered under any circumstance. Please ensure that you have selected the correct products before finalising your purchase.

Consumer guarantees

As a consumer, you are entitled to the benefit of statutory consumer guarantees in respect of items purchased from Anna Chandler Design In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, if the item has a major failure, you may reject the item and seek a refund or exchange, or you may keep the item and seek compensation for any drop in the value of the product.

Payment method

We will only refund your purchase using your original payment method
