These coasters have a bit more going on than your stock-standard ones. They’re double-sided polyester canvas, 12.5 x 12.5 cm, machine washable, and reversible – so when you flip them over you get a completely different print on the back, which is useful when you fancy a change without buying anything new.
They sit nicely alongside the matching canvas placemats if you want a pulled-together table, but honestly they look just as good mixed with completely different patterns. Sometimes that’s the better option, or the more fun one anyway!
Canvas coasters are softer and textile-based, so they go straight in the washing machine and feel different under a glass. Our cork coaster sets have a hard lacquered face, which makes them more heat-resistant and better for sitting under hot mugs or plates.
If you’re mainly using them for cold drinks and want something easy to throw in a wash, canvas is the one. If you want something that handles heat and wipes clean, cork is probably more your thing.
